利用規約
本サービスは、ビクターエンタテインメント株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供するもので、本サービスをご利用される方（以下「ユーザー」）が氏名やニックネームを入力することで、LOVEBITESのバンドロゴマーク風ロゴ（以下「生成ロゴ」）を自動生成するサービスです。スマートフォン等の背景画像への設定やSNS投稿など、ユーザーご自身が個人的な範疇で生成ロゴをお楽しみいただくことを目的に提供しております。以下の注意事項に同意いただいた方のみ、本サービスをご利用いただけます。
■生成ロゴ（付随するイラストを含みます。以下同じ）に関する著作権は当社に帰属します。
■ユーザーは、生成ロゴを非営利かつ個人的な利用に限りご利用いただけます。なお、次のいずれかに該当するご利用は禁止となりますのでご注意ください。
(1)有体物（シール、印刷物等）へ複製したり、当該複製物を頒布する行為
(2)加工・切り抜き・色味を変更する等、生成ロゴを改変する行為
(3)LOVEBITES公式のロゴ・アートワークであると誤認されるまたはそのおそれのある利用
(4)公序良俗に反する利用、第三者の権利を侵害する利用またはそれらのおそれのある利用
■当社は、本サービスの提供を予告なく変更または終了する場合があります。
■生成ロゴの利用により生じたユーザー側のトラブルについて、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
■本サービスは無償でご利用いただけます。
TERMS OF USE
This service is provided by Victor Entertainment, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). By entering a name or nickname, users of this service (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) can automatically generate a logo in the style of the LOVEBITES band logo (hereinafter referred to as the “Generated Logo”). This service is offered for the purpose of allowing Users to enjoy the Generated Logo within the scope of their personal use, such as setting it as a background image on their smartphone or posting it on social media. Only those who agree to the following notices may use this service.
■ All copyrights related to the Generated Logo (including any accompanying illustrations; the same applies hereinafter) belong to the Company.
■ Users may use the Generated Logo solely for non-commercial and personal purposes. Please note, however, that any of the following uses are strictly prohibited:
1) Reproducing the Generated Logo onto physical items (such as stickers or printed materials) or distributing such reproduced items.
2) Altering the Generated Logo in any way, including modification, cropping, or changing colors.
3) Any use that may cause the Generated Logo to be mistaken for, or potentially mistaken for, an official LOVEBITES logo or artwork.
4) Any use that is contrary to public order and morals, infringes upon the rights of third parties, or may potentially do so.
■ The Company may change or terminate this service without prior notice.
■ The Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any trouble or issues arising on the User’s side as a result of the use of the Generated Logo.
■ This service is provided free of charge.
